| Profile |
I'm a problem solver with an analytical mind and very capable of thinking outside of the box. My communication style is to-the-point and while I enjoy talking to a technical audience, I also feel comfortable having high level discussions with senior management, customers and partners.
My strengths are flexibility and versatility, I'm capable across all levels of software development, including requirement analysis, software design, implementation and finally presentation of the project. I enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently without much guidance. |
| Objective |
I pursued a technical career path and for that reason continuously improved my technical skills. As recognition, I was gradually granted more responsibilities. This is the direction I would like to continue on for my future position. I like the challenging aspects of system and application scalability, performance and security.
Given my strong background in software development, architecture, analysis or troubleshooting and good communication skills, I believe there are multiple possibilities that could help me advance on this technical career path. Relocating is not a problem (will depend on location). |
| Management Skills |
| Most of my carreer I've been working in a technical leadership role which means I was not a 'people manager'. Regardless of having people directly reporting to me, my job was about motivating people, making decisions and communicating those to the people. In most cases, when you are in the middle of a project, it doesn't really matter who is managing people and who is not. It's about getting the job done, and doing it the right way, as a team. |
